MOURINHO MOCKS SAMUEL ETO'O?

Mourinho and Eto'o
Chelsea Football Club's boss, Jose Mourinho was caught in what he though was a private conversation with the Owner of the Swiss watch company, Hublot. Mourinho's conversation was recorded by the French TV Channel. Canal Plus.

In the conversation, Mourinho confessed that he seems not to be sure of having any real strikers this season in Chealsea Football Club. He however stated that the only person who is making an effort is Cameroonian International, Samuel Eto'o (which is evident in that he has the highest goals above Demba Ba and Torres), but he regretted that Eto'o is seemingly very old for his publicly known 32year old age, stating that Eto'o should rather say he is 35!

This statement was seen to be a mockery towards African soccer players in general and Samuel Eto'o in particular who are reportedly known for reducing their real ages to what is known as their ''football ages''.

“I have a team but no striker,” said Mourinho.

“The problem at Chelsea is that we are lacking a goal scorer. I have one [Samuel Eto’o] but he is 32, possibly 35, who knows?”

Those were the reported words of Jose Mourinho

However, Mourinho rebuts these words saying he was only making a joke and that he never meant what he said.
"There is no story. No story. I repeat: It was a funny conversation between me and somebody who doesn't belong to the football world. We were laughing. I think it's a disgrace that someone is taping and recording a private conversation when, obviously, we don't know''

Samuel Eto'o on his part also says he has no rift between he and his coach, Mourinho
